Do we all remember a few months back when an after hours bar on Fremont and 39th became a weapon for the Brogan Campaign against the current city council person? We here at The Brogan Files remember all too well how the pocket rat, aka Duane and Kris Brogan took aim and used every snotty snide remark they could to make the shooting at this illegal after hour bar the fault of current city council members. What made this spot an illegal after hours bar? Well for one it sold alcohol without a liquor license, two it charged people to get in, and three it sold food without a food handlers license.
Well that's what went on at Brogan Headquarters and the Warren this past weekend. It was disguised as a legit event but we are certain many of the party goers didn't know that Kris Brogan and Duane didn't get a city permit for this closed party that charged for its drinks or any of the other charges party goes put out cash for. If one of your loved ones was killed by a drunk driver on their way home would you still think it was no big deal? Who do you think Duane would blame for a death if he wasn't the one running the show?
Is this really a big deal? Well lets just say that if the table had been turned you can bet your bottom dollar the old pocket rat would be all over social media steaming it up with why this was the fault of the current city council person! If this was an African American group doing this you can be sure both Mick Brogan and Duane would be all over it! Calling it out as trouble and as illegal! At a recent North gathering we were shocked that quite a few people had such a low opinion of what the Warren has become, some artist even commented that it had now became all about the money for Duane.
So the party was once again a typical Kris Brogan ordeal! As we have said many times before, the rules and laws don't apply to Kris and Mick Brogan and Duane only complains when things don't go his way! If this was an even held in the ball room of the old bank building on 42nd and Lyndale and Duane and Kris got a whiff of it you can be damn sure they would not only post it all over social media sites, they would have made a half dozen calls to the connection Kris Brogan used to make Nygia's life hell! Yes Kris and Mick we know of the connections you used to make Nygia's life hell, we have the names!
So once again, Kris Brogan and her gang want to you to believe they are going to take over city hall and make North Minneapolis a utopia have shown their cards! Its never been about making North a Utopia for you or us, or all~ its been about making it a Utopia for anyone that toes the line with Kris and Mick Brogan and their second in command, the pocket rat!
