A very special thank you!

We would like to take time out to offer up a very special thank you to Duane, aka pocket rat and his roommate Dr. Robby! Without the bitterness that seems to drive these two special North Minneapolis residence we here at the Brogan Files would never have the readership that we do. In fact this last weeks ramblings on Facebook's North Talk have caused our readership to grow in large numbers!!

Although we wish Duane and Dr. Robby would just spit out what it is that angers them so much that they are like coke bottles all shook up with anger we appreciate the continued support they offer us by getting our message out to the voting residents of North Minneapolis.

One quick bit of advice though boys, be careful of too much time in the lime light if you're going to be in the  Kris Brogan fan club, that spot is reserved for her!

Dirty deeds done dirt cheap!

Once again the good people of North Minneapolis got treated to a force feeding of all things Kris Brogan last night! Earlier in the week a supposedly on the up and up candidate debate was announced on Facebook's North Minneapolis pages. We say "supposedly" because this well thought out debate was scheduled and set up with admittedly forgetting to contact and invite any other candidate except Kris Brogan! We here at the Brogan Files think this is much like have a last supper and forgetting to invite Jesus.

When the debate was canceled just as quickly as it was posted on Facebook we got a whiff that something had to be up so we went to North Regional Library to see what would happen to this supposed up and up candidate debate! What took place is Kris Brogan took her favorite spot, the spot light and campaigned! So why do we say it was a force feeding? Well no other candidates could make the short notice after the "oopsy we forgot to invite you" and the "Oh we canceled the debate" posts on Facebook and as we believe was planned all along Kris Brogan was uninterrupted as she spoke about her favorite subject- Her! Did anyone else get a notice the debate would still be held? Did you see it on the Facebook pages they advertised the debate on to begin with? NOPE- it was the plan all along.

This is not new behavior for the Brogan gang, they have force fed the good people of North Minneapolis a few times. When they wanted to put Papa's Pizza on 42nd and Thomas and were told it was a bad deal they fought and fought till they got their way, when they couldn't get a business loan they stripped the equity in their South Minneapolis home, when Papa's was failing they accused Nghia and the city, and when Papa's was dying  they called in neighborhood investors while Kris chastised the local residents for not supporting their dream! It goes on and on but the reality is if Mick and Kris Brogan want it then so will ALL of North Minneapolis OR they will manipulate, threaten, kick, and scream until they cram it all the way down the throats of North.

We here at The Brogan files are an easy target for the Brogan Gang to be able to play the victims time and time again, "Oh its all lies" cries Mick and "I just cant believe they are saying this about me" cries Kris Brogan, but the reality is you can put a pig in a dress and slap on lip stick but at the end of the day its still just a hog in a frock!

Petulant child tantrums

It would seem after wading through Dr. Robby's dribble on Facebook that its a great time to make a few things clear once again. Our policy here at The Brogan Files has always been and will always be to not respond to petulant child tantrums such as Dr. Robby's and his house mate Duane.

We at the Brogan Files are not affiliated with or part of ANY campaign period. We came on-line to make clear to the people of the fourth ward what we have known about Mick and Kris Brogan for a long time. We have both worked with the Brogans and know first had the two sides, a rather Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personality that make up Mick and Kris Brogan! Even a public pleading from a political candidate would not change our minds on getting this information out and about. We firmly believe that the voting public has every right to this information and will not be bullied by the Brogans or their gang!

We remain anonymous out of our fear of Mick and Kris Brogan, as reported earlier, and a simple records search would prove, Mick Brogan has a history of being jailed after threatening people in a public parking lot with a hand gun. Both Mick and Kris have used her connections in city hall to make other neighbors and businesses miserable and tie up their time fighting rather then productively running their businesses.

As Mick, Kris, and the rest of the Brogan gang kick and scream about how untrue every word we print is we would encourage you to do some research into their back ground and not just take their word that its lies. Neither of us have an investigative back ground or education in law enforcement but by simply using our heads, following leads, and using the internet to our advantage we have been able to find all of this information. Kris Brogan has an election Facebook page and a web page is perfectly capable to addressing these issues on her pages if she believes them to be untrue, to this date she has not!

Although we often wonder what makes Dr. Robby and Duane such outwardly angry people when they are unable to control people, places, and things we here at The Brogan Files will continue to seek out information about Kris Brogan and that includes where her campaign has office hours. If people don't want to be associated with Kris Brogan and her campaign then they should step back and out of the folds BUT if they do want to be a part of it, and providing office space is being "part of it" they should pull up their big girl panties and gain some coping skills!

Campaign office and ViNa in the same space?

Campaign office and ViNa in the same space? After weeks of researching we can't find The Warren an Artist Habitat listed as a Minnesota Non profit but on the other hand we also cant seem to find where Kris Brogan has listed the use of this office space as a donation either. You see here is the rub in this little equation of Kris Brogan and her pocket rat, If the Warren is a 501c3 it would violate the provisions of his non profit status to have a campaign office in the Warren, if the Warren is not a non profit then it must under law be listed as a campaign donation. If it is the latter the issue then becomes that the space MUST be rented for fair market value, thus would most likely, given the current rental price for office space go over the allotted campaign donation amount allowed by law.

Then we have to look at the ViNa meeting being held in the same space! This is important because if you remember correctly and we are sure you do, Kris Brogan has been on the ViNa board even after selling the ViNa board bogus Papa's Gift cards! So now the ViNa board is using rented campaign office space and thus placing the board in jeopardy of appearing to be involved in politics....a huge no, no!

Currently we have asked NCR to look into the issue of the ViNa board meeting and using campaign office space and have some leads out there checking to see just what is going on over at the Warren. So what is the enmeshed relationship Kris Brogan seems to have with Mr. Atter really all about? If you remember back Duane was also an investor in the now failed Papa's Pizza, at least he and his partner are listed in the Papa's bankruptcy paperwork as having invested $2000 that Kris and Mick Brogan swear under oath they were unable to pay back. Now it seems that Mr. Atter has stuck his lengthy neck way out by providing campaign meeting space for Kris Brogan and her gang. P.S. The Warren's home page is so outdated that he still has Papa's Pizza as a listed link! We think maybe Mr. Atter should stop playing in politics and start managing the Warren and its web page....more productive that way!

Oh the shameful self promotion!

Well the social media sites were much a buzz a few days ago as Kris Brogan once again shamelessly self promoted herself at the expense of a North Minneapolis family's tragedy. It seems for some reasons Kris Brogan thought she should put herself in the middle of the ordeal where the child's 17 year old uncle allegedly shot the two month old baby in the neck. Kris Brogan leached herself onto that wards city council member and went and hung out, outside the families home....why you might ask? Well of course Kris Brogan is running for office in the neighboring ward!

If it was not bad enough that this women who clearly does not know her place showed up on their door step, she then went on social media and told everyone what a good dead she had just done up in the neighboring ward. Not just one social media site, but a couple! This tells us it never was about the family and their sadness, it never was about understanding the gun issues we have in North Minneapolis, it never was about North Minneapolis at all! It was about KRIS BROGAN again and her shameful self promotion! HEY EVERYONE LOOK WHAT I DID!

It was a short time later on one of the social media sites that all hell broke loose with people calling Kris Brogan out on her behavior. As we knew would happen Kris Brogan turned loose her pocket rat and other Brogan gang members to speak for her and stand up for her rather then answer some of the serious questions posed by social media members! Divide and Conquer! seems to be the Kris Brogan slogan for a run in North Minneapolis, if she can get enough people angry and cause a big enough stir she can once again bring the spot lights to the BROGAN FOR COUNCIL arena. Remind you of anything?

Whats her DEAL?

Has anyone else notice how Kris Brogan is attempting to be the "Community Organizer" that she has proclaimed to be in the past but never really was? All of a sudden Kris Brogan is posting all kinds of invitations to local events and information that she never posted to before?? What's this about? Making herself useful or making herself appear to be someone she is not? Our guess is that this is Kris Brogans way of keeping her name out there for the general public to see....We would also bet that its her saying "Look at how on top of things I am" but the reality is that its confusing to most people on the social media pages simply because she keeps tying her name in with Jon Olson of the Park Board and posting items that are city related as though she has a tie to the city information.

The social media pages being used by so many people in North Minneapolis are log jammed with the same information being posted from one page to the next page and from one persons page to another that Kris Brogans attempt at self importance simply weighs down an already heavily burdened social media page! Rather then attempt to be someone she is not we would like to see Kris Brogan come out and answer some questions that have been floating around for well over a year now! Why not use some of the $4000. Kris Brogan has spent out of her campaign finances and take a half page ad out in the Camden News and explain herself? We will help her out with a few questions to start with:

1). Kris, Why are you once again running for city council after telling the crowd at the DFL caucus you would step aside?

2). Kris, since you are unsuccessful at running your own finances or the business finances what makes you think you could tackle the job of city finances?

3). Kris, since both your husband and son have criminal records do you think your the best person to try and clean up the crime in North Minneapolis?

4). Kris, we have posted sever lies and untruths from you in the past 8 months. How can we believe anything you would have to say as a city council member?

5). Kris, so many of your former co-workers and employees tell us how difficult you are to work for and with, as a member of the city council how will you be able to work with other member and the community as a whole?

6). Kris, while you and Mick were working on starting Papa's so many people from the community and city weighed in on ideas they thought would make for a successful business. You choose to ignore these people and their idea and Papa's failed- How will we be able to trust that you will listen to the residents of North Minneapolis on our ideas for a better city? Did you grow listening ears as of late?

7). Kris, when Papa's was circling the drain and at other times you have watched failure sweep towards you, you have a history of playing the blame game. You even wrote in the Camden News how it was the fault of the residents of North Minneapolis that Papa's failed......is this how you will handle failure in city government? Will your failures become ours as tax payers?

8). One final question Kris, While Papa's was circling the drain, and with clear knowledge that the gift certificates would soon be no good, you chose to let two board members of the ViNa board who you also knew had an investment in Papa's (should not have been voting) go a head and vote on buying worthless gift cards to PaPa's. In the end you or Mick didn't refund the money, you just let ViNa get stuck with worthless gift cards.....how many worthless gift cards will the city as a whole end up buying from you Kris? Will you knowingly sell the tax payers a bad bill of goods? and again if the answer is "no" how can we believe that with your history?

Those would be the questions we would start with, as we have said all along, a persons history is a great reference for their future behavior! We think Kris Brogan has enough bad baggage from the past that she is not a suitable candidate for a position that makes the decisions that effect us all! We need someone with a strong moral compass in this office and someone who lies, cheats, and sells bad bills of sale is not a person with a strong moral compass in our opinion!

Remember folks, Kris Brogan was asked at the DF convention if she did not receive the DFL endorsement would she drop her bid for election in the 4th ward. Her answer was "Yes"! Below we have created a cheat sheet for those DFL endorsed candidates for you.

 

It takes a lot of work and time for those dedicated DFL folks to put together the caucuses, ward residents take time out of their buys lives to attend the caucus, to listen to the issues, and to be involved in the process. For Kris Brogan to not honor her word at the caucus in stepping aside she is giving a great big slap in the face to all those who did the hard work, who gave of their time and their family time!

 

This is not the first time Kris Brogan has jumped a political ship when she didn't get her way. She did the same thing to the republicans when running for office in south Minneapolis. Kris has a history of not liking the answers she gets from delegates! Lets show Kris Brogan and her gang that when we say something we mean it.
